Pickworth House is a five-bedroom detached house on the outskirts of Boston, Lincolnshire. Originally constructed early 1900s the property is full of character but very well maintained and modernised to create a spacious, homely, and high-quality environment.

CCTV is operational in all communal areas. This provides an additional layer of safety and peace of mind to all parties who live, work, commission and visit the service. 


Transport 

Pickworth House is on the fringe of the town centre therefore local services are readily accessible on foot. The bus stop is within a minutes’ walk, and the train station is a short five-minute car journey. For those who are unable to access public transport or where distance is too great the home has a pool car which is available for shared use at no additional cost.

Smaller than the lounge, the sitting room has mood lighting, deep colours, and minimal contents to create a peaceful and relaxed area, perfect for peace and quiet or for talking to friends, relatives, and professionals in private.

    A domestic kitchen is situated in the centre of Pickworth House containing all necessary appliances. Adequate storage for high-risk items will ensure that the kitchen can be accessed safely to maximise independence whilst mitigating risk.

    Each bedroom is large enough to accommodate a double bed if required, and occasional furniture such as a desk, dressing table or small sofa. Bedrooms have ensuite facilities to ensure maximum privacy

    Mature gardens surrounded by tall hedging provides private outside areas to sit and relax. As a town house, the outside space is quaint however is directly opposite to the vast central park.
